Master Office Automation Privacy Notice

2. How We Use Personal Information

  • To Provide and Support Services: Processing B2B orders, managing multi-tier managerial approvals, administering credit facilities, and providing customer service.

We may disclose your Personal Information outside our family of companies (with partners such as service providers and data processors) for purposes such as:

  • Email & SMS: You can stop promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in the footer. You can stop text messages by replying "STOP". Note: You will still receive mandatory transactional/program communications (like order invoices).
  • Website Analytics & Cookies: We use Google Analytics to analyze usage. You may adjust your browser settings to limit cookies, though deleting cookies may require you to re-enter preferences.
  • Do Not Track: Our digital properties currently do not respond to "do not track" browser signals.

5. How We Protect & Retain Your Information

We employ technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to help protect your Personal Information. We urge you to keep your passwords secure and log off when sharing computers. Unfortunately, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Data Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as your corporate account is active, to fulfill B2B transactions, and as necessary to comply with Indian legal, taxation, and auditing obligations. Once de-identified, we may use aggregate data for business analytics permanently.

6. Minors & Children's Privacy

Our websites and B2B procurement applications are not directed toward children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect online Personal Information of children without parental consent.

7. User Rights under Indian Law (DPDP Act Readiness)

Under the applicable legal frameworks in India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and readiness for the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, you have the right to:

  • Access & Know: Request confirmation of what personal data is being processed.
  • Correction: Request that inaccurate or misleading information be corrected.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of personal data, subject to our legal requirements to maintain corporate transaction records.
