Claims relating to, including the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein are governed by the laws of India, without regard for its conflicts of law provisions.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any controversy or dispute arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use, the parties to such controversy or dispute shall meet and seek resolution in good faith. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use or the breach thereof, which is not resolved within thirty (30) days, will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Arbitration Procedure: The arbitration shall be held in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. One arbitrator shall be appointed. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Each party agrees that it will not file any suit or proceeding which may be submitted to arbitration. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY ACTION AGAINST MASTER OFFICE AUTOMATION REGARDING ANY CLASS CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ARBITRATION.

The information contained in this Site including all images, illustrations, designs, photographs, video clips, writings and other materials that appear herein are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed (collectively, the "Contents") by Master Office Automation or are the property of their respective owners.

ABOUT OUR PRICES & B2B PURCHASING

The prices advertised on this Site are for B2B portal orders unless otherwise noted. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, prohibit sales to re-sellers, and correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in pricing, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

STORED PAYMENT METHODS & CREDIT TERMS

Master Office Automation may save payment information entered by you on the Site. Such stored payment information may be used as your default payment method for future transactions. By placing a payment method on file, you authorize us to charge your payment method for amounts arising from your use of the Site. For approved enterprise clients utilizing credit facilities (e.g., Net 30/60), failure to clear outstanding dues within the stipulated timeline will attract late payment interest at 1.5% per month and may result in the suspension of portal access.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS

You agree that any material, information, and ideas that you transmit to this Site ("Transmissions") shall remain Master Office Automation's property. By submitting Transmissions, you represent that you are the sole author, you are at least 18 years old, and the use of the Transmission does not violate these T&C.

In using this Site you agree you will not: (a) use any device, software, or instrumentality to disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of this Site; (b) violate the security of this Site, including logging onto an unauthorized account, attempting to overload, "flood", or "crash" the servers; or (c) intentionally violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
